Abuso sexual en menores de edad

Resumen
Iniciamos este ensayo con dos epígrafes: el del refrán popular alude a qué pasa con el adulto que se acuesta con un niño y el de un personaje de una tira cómica de Quino, alude a qué pasa con el niño que se acuesta con un adulto. Luego del desarrollo descriptivo y teórico del tema abuso sexual en menores de edad, ambos epígrafes, adquieren sentido. Nos preguntamos si esta patología está en aumento, si podemos hacer su diagnóstico en virtud de una mayor capacitación profesional o si es debido a que en el momento actual lo privado tiene mayor estado público. Definimos los conceptos de violencia doméstica, abuso sexual e incesto en menores de edad. Exponemos sugerencias para la prevención y planteamos interrogantes sobre nuestro actuar en terapia psicoanalítica. Planteamos la duda: ¿es conveniente que el menor abusado permanezca en contacto con el agresor? A partir de ejemplos clínicos desarrollamos aspectos del sufrimiento emocional de los menores que han padecido abuso sexual, junto a aspectos médicos, éticos y jurídicos.
Abstract
We begin this rehearsal with two epigraphs: that of the popular proverb mentions to what it passes with the adult that goes to bed whit a boy and that of the character of a comic ribbon by Quino, mentions to what it passes with the boy that goes to bed with an adult. After the descriptive and theoretical development of the topic sexual abuse in smaller than age, both epigraphes acquire sense. We wonder if this pathology is in increase, if we can make diagnosis by virtue of a bigger professional training or if it is because in the current moment that deprived has bigger public state. We define the concepts of domestic violence, sexual abuse and incest in smaller than age. We expose suggestions for the prevention thinking about queries on our to act in psychoanalytical theraphy. We outline the doubt: is it convenient that the abuse minor remains in contact with the agressor? Starting from clinical examples we develop aspects of the emotional suffering of the minor that have suffered sexual abuse, next to medical, ethical and juridical aspects.
